In her role, Asia extends the organization’s commitment to building leaders who make a better world through the advancement and well-being of their people, members, and partners in the communities it serves. She brings an empathetic, human-centered approach to the design, development, and implementation of business solutions, aligning people and strategy to deliver results.

Born and raised in London, Asia says she brings a global view as it relates to Human Resources, leadership development, and how people can succeed in organizations.

Asia has dedicated her career to her passion of supporting people both inside and outside of organizations. Having a strong background in human behavior psychology with a first career in social work, Asia has learned to use approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy to create behavioral change.

Asia is a transformative leader focused on building a culture of trust, embracing diversity, and challenging the status quo in how human resources policies, programs and initiatives really support people within an organization. One of her goals is to develop organizations in which all employees can deliver exceptional performance and fully realize their potential.

Previously, Asia was responsible for leading organizational learning and talent development initiatives within a large health system, building organizational capability in the areas of innovation and change, and ensuring an alignment between business strategy and people success initiatives.
