Martin is an events practitioner with 15 years of experience across multiple geographies, industries and functions. For the past 4 years, he has produced a series of HR networking dinners called ‘The Hearth’ that acts under the motto “Friends help each other”. These events aim to give HR leaders access to people as a resource whilst combining networking as a way to support mental wellness.
