In this episode, we welcome Jeremy Ames back to the show to talk about the HCM Technology market in 2021.

Jeremy is VP of HCM Services at Workforce Insight (WFI), a world leader in workforce management (WFM) and human capital management (HCM) technology services. His business unit is responsible for implementing and enhancing various HCM platforms, with a particular focus on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products. Jeremy is former CEO of Hive Tech HR, a consultancy he started 10 years ago which was just recently acquired by WFI.

He has sat on boards of industry associations like the International Human Resource Information Management association and on the technology expertise panel of SHRM.

Jeremy is a member of the Forbes HR Council and is the Membership Committee Chair of the Advisor Collective, a group of advisory firms in the HR/Benefits/Payroll space.

He’s a frequent writer and speaker in the overall HR Technology ecosystem has hosted shows called 7 Points of Satisfaction in Buying HR Technology webinar on the HRchat feed, and focuses on the practical/achievable elements of transformation.
