Neil Lavis has worked as a senior leader within the prison system since 1998 both in the UK and the Caribbean. He has managed diverse and sometimes difficult teams to achieve excellence. Roles have included Cayman Islands Director Of Prisons at the Ministry of Home Affairs and Governor at Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).
During his career, Neil has improved the performance in all of the organizations through his ability to inspire, bring out the best in others and make employees more confident and effective in their work and personal lives.
